Mediation

Mediation can be a faster, less stressful, and more economical way to handle disputes.

Mediation

The Law Offices of Shipe & Bush, P.C. is proud to offer mediation services. Mediation can be a faster, less stressful, and more economical way to handle disputes. During mediation you and the other party (and your attorneys, if applicable) will meet with a neutral party called the mediator who will work in an unbiased way to facilitate a resolution to some or all of the issues at dispute.

Mediation is appropriate before either party files suit in court as well as after litigation has started. One of the greatest advantages to mediation is that it allows the parties to explore resolution options that are different than what a court has the authority to order. In other words, sometimes there are solutions which may be outside the box, but work for the parties. We can help you find those solutions.

Our mediators are attorneys who handle an array of domestic and civil cases and are familiar with the law and the issues that may arise. They have undergone extensive mediation training for both general civil cases as well as all types of family law cases. Our mediators will help guide you through the issues of your dispute and help you find a mutually acceptable resolution to the matter.

If you are interested in attempting to resolve your dispute through mediation, we would be happy to speak with you regarding the process and benefits of mediation.
